After receiving TWO different confirmations that I had renewed my Norton Antivirus subscription, I wrote and responded to their tech support four times explaining that I thought I had been charged twice, but was out of state and could not verify my concerns. I received replies to my email messages, but they did not take the steps to stop a double charge to my credit card.
