I bought a top from Bay Tading Co. in Epsom Ashley centre on 7th Feb. afternoon. But didn't find it is a faulty product till I got home. I took it back the next day, the shop supervisor refused to either exchange or refrund the product. She refused to give any support but send to QC to exame the product which will take around 10 days. So, I will have no either returned money in my bank account or the item. She even refused to give me her name for the complaint purposes and said that was her personal information.
