I purchased a Garmin GPS unit on the company's website. Two days later got a call from the company trying to sell me extra add ons. When I declined they rudely said that my order would ship that day and should receive it within 3-5 days. The next day I received an email stating the product is on backorder for 2-3 weeks. I checked their website and it still shows the product "in stock" over the past 2 weeks. I called today 3 weeks later to see when my order was going to ship and they hung up on me when I asked about my order. read full review »
