I had an unauthorized charge for $5 on my account from this company, and 3 others that were from the same terminal number. How in the world do I contact these people? I have not used the debit card this was billed to in 11 months!! It is my emerald card from h&r Block, and I only use it 1 time a year to receive my taxes refund on!
