Was billed monthly after converting from monthly to annual corporate membership. Took 6 months to clear up this problem. They then promised to refund the monies (over $250). Have now been waiting over 6 weeks...and the Director of Customer Service will not return my call. Ready to sue the SOBs...this is a terrible business. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. read full review »
