I first purchased a phone a year ago and was told I had texting and picture messages. When I got my first bill I am charged over $100 for messages and pictures. I am then told I don't have that plan. So I left it at that and they adjust my plan. I then go back to cancel the plan and they tell me oh no get this other phone and you will be able to text and send pictures and again the same.
