I have been a loyal Directv client for over 10 years. I have not upgraded my old receiver in three years, nor renewed my contract. I just switched to cable because they gave me a better deal. When I cancelled DirecTv sent me a bill for over $400.00, and told me I broke a contract (which I never agreed to). I haven't talked to someone from the company in over three years. THIS COMPANY IS BREAKING THE LAW AND IS FRAUDULENTLY BILLING THEIR CUSTOMERS! I AM FILLING WITH THE BBB AND MY ATTORNEY GENERAL. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH DIRECTV. read full review »
