Purchased a new Campagnolo Record seatpost at Lee's bike shop. After several rides seat would not stay level, would creep back. Returned seat post to store. Splines on seatpost stripped. Damaged splines were due to poor design not to incorrect mounting as the rep was telling them. It's not rocket science to install. I have had several bikes and never had this problem.They would not exchange but said they had to send it back to Campagnolo. In the meantime I purchased another seatpost from same shop.
