I bought a item from this company on Feb 21 2008. I waited for 2 weeks for my item to be shipped to me and guess what NOTHING. So i contacted customer service and spoke to a sale representative, he could not help me so he transfered me to his supervisor John. He stated that my order was on back or with no estimated time of arrival to them and didn't understand why no one contacted me.
