I hired Omni Data for disaster recovery and prevention as I live in a remote area that is prone to tornadoes. They came to install during the day and that very night I had problems. Well I called from 8:00PM-11:20PM and all I received was a voice mail and no one called me back. They didn't even bother to call me the next day and I once again had to call them, to be put on hold for 10 minutes and then transferred to yet another voice mail.
