I have a door fixed by crystal windows and doors. the day they fixed the door we could not get in the house, the lock was very hard to open me and the children were outside for 2 hours trying to open it. i called them the next day to explain to them what happened, they sent a fitter who he himself said that the door was indeed difficult to open he released the latch a little but my children still found it hard to open, they had to come in through the back door. what is the point of fitting a door of £1200 if you cannot get in through it... read full review »
