On March 11, 2009 I applied for a FREE Sample of this product Acai Berry Detox for shipping cost of only $3.99 in which this I authorized. Much to my surprise on March 30, 2009 FWM Laboratories charged my account $87.83 which definetly was not authorized by me, and caused a major bill (mortgage payment) to be returned for insuffient funds. I called the 1-866-955-4108 number to demand the funds be reimburst back to my account, and was told it was nothing they can do, because the 15 day trial period had expired.
