I bought this product free trial for 14 days. I received the product and never use it but got charged 78.81 for it on my credit card. I call 1866-964-1011 to complain about the money being charged on my credit card March 16, 2009. I spoke to a representative March 18, 2009 and the gentelmen told me to return the product if it wasn't open and I specifically told him to cancel the trial and no more charges on my account.
