This Kerr woman is very rude person who has no customer servise skills and should not be allowed to be in direct contact with customers. She is a liar and she hung up the phone in my face. I believe, if you check your recorded phone conversations that she has had with other customers you will see that she has a problem which will result in more complaints other mine.
