I ordered the free trial, was charged the $4.99 shipping/handling. I call to cancell before the 14 day free trail was up (which according to their website if you called withing the time period you would NOT be charged anthing further.) Today I receive a package that was supposed to be shipped to someone else. When I call I asked to confirm that nothing else was charged to my account.
