Even though I went back on the website and got a phone number they still did not and adamantly refused to give me a refund even though I offered to send the entire bottle back unused. They charged my account $80; when I spoke with Paul in customer service he was so nasty I was almost in tears... one statement said after I asked for his supervisor was, " if you want I can transfer you to the janitor, he is above me on the upper floor; otherwise I am the highest authority here". This is the only company I have encountered in my 43 years that regardless of any factors you will not be refunded!!! Unheard of!!! read full review »
