I have been speaking to my incarcerated son by way of Global Tel Links. This company has had my direct line through Verizon, closed to direct calls from my son, not because I didn't pay my bill, but because I went over thier limit of how much I could spend, even though I paid my bill in full, throughVerizon every month. By closing my direct call abilities, I am forced into a pre-pay account in order to speak to my son. No choices, no exceptions.
