Ever since I got the Verizon DSL line my computer has been slow and there has been a noise of my phone. It has taken me a long time to determine what the problem was but I finally learned what it was. I live in an retirement community and every Apt. has an emergency responder and a filter is needed on that line. A women up the hall from me had the same problem and Verizon came in an put the proper filter on the responder line and the problem was solved. I need Fair Point to do the same for me.
