I had long hair well past my waist, I ask for a 2-3 inch cut of the dead ends, instead it was approximately 8 inches. Someone you trust to give you a trim has no business cutting off your hair, it took years to get it to the length that it was. I have reported this to the manager and was offered my money back, I declined, I didn't want money, but to make sure this did not happen to anyone else. read full review »
