2 fans and a water extractor were brought to my place in a timely manner. I was handed a contract and told this would be paid by the insurance company. Naturally, I signed. Water came in a window causing moisture in the carpet and padding in a small area of the condo. They pulled up a small area of carpet and placed a fan there to help dry up the water. The extractor was placed on a dry area in the middle of the room. Another fan was also placed near the wet area to help in drying it.
