Do not lease any properties from IMPERIAL INTERESTS LTD. This so called leasing company leases a bunch of damaged properties and refuses to fix anything in the homes- even after Hurricane Ike this man refused to fix our house. We had the worst house on the block with patched roof and missing shutters- no fence- the inside was worse from the beggining dirty disgusting carpet and paint- missing rails on the banister- just a poorly maintained house.
