I called to order via their toll-free phone number. The gentleman I spoke to (and I use the term loosely) was very high pressure and rude. He insisted on trying to sell me a camera other than the one I wanted telling me that it was the 'same'. I had intended to purchase a camera body, and was told that the battery and charge did not come with it.
