I ordered a 3.95 cd to assist my wife and I getting a grant to upscale our business. After paying only 3.95 my account was debited 74.95 unexplained. i called the customer service line and talked with Eric T. whom checked my information and told me "I was getting my refund back within 5 days and whatever it took for my bank to run it on their end." 6 days later I called the same number and suddenly they couldn't hear me... i was hung up on three times. then I called the bank and reported the fraud.
