I recently purchased a Buffalo 4 TB TeraStation NAS Multimedia Storage Server from ecost.com . The item was not listed on their website as refurbished when I made the purchase. When I received the product there was a letter from the manufacturer explaining that the product was refurbished and that autobackup software that comes standard with new versions of the product was not included with the refurbished product.
