I ordered 2 posters from AllPosters.com. About a week later, they arrived; both in undamaged, triangular-shaped boxes. Upon opening said boxes, I found to my dismay that not one, but both posters had an enormous dent in them, as if someone had carefully rolled them, laid them on a table, and karate chopped them before sealing them up. Unrolled and hanging on the wall, both posters had a gigantic wave of creases going down the middle. I called to complain, and was met with surprisingly cooperative service.
