Bought 09 Tahoe at ELCO St louis 3/25/09 gave all info signed contract signed all papers traded in vehicle lect with my 09 Tahoe. 2 days later dealer calleds said I don't qualify bring back vehicle will report it stolen (yes the same vehicle that they gave me the keys to and that I have a signed contract for.) They make harassing phone calls daily threatening to have me arrested and to repo the car. GMAC is refusing to stick by the contract. Is this America????
