After sales service for 52 inch LCD Samsung 1080 p T/v purchased through Ken Kranes. We purchased the above T/V from Ken Kranes at a high price of $4000 about 2 years ago. Unfortunately we didnot purchase the extended warranty as we presumed that Samsung products are of high quality. However, this was not the case as the T/V suddenly stopped working with no indication of a breakdown whatsoever. This T/V is only used as a 2nd T/v and is only watched in the evenings.
