Advanta Bank Corp raised the rate of my corporate credit card to 34.99%. I placed a phone call to customer service and ended up speaking with a supervisor to express my surprise and they immediately dropped the rate to 24.99% which in turn gave me more concern that a ripoff was occurring. After threatening to report Advanta to the Florida Attorney General, the supervisor suggested that I write a letter to the president of Advanta. Beware of this company! read full review »
