As a tenant renting an apartment in Alfred NY we use the electric company NYSEG. First of they charged us for someone elses power useage. When we call about it all they could say was sorry you have to pay for it becuase they use your power even thought the meter reader read the worng meter for our apartment. Then we could not pay the extremly high bill that was not ours for $1400.
