I ordered a blackberry from this website. The company called 2 days later to 'confirm' my credit card, thus delaying the order. The product I received was defective (wouldn't charge). I called the company and asked to return the product without the 15% restocking fee. I was told to email the request. I did. When I called to follow up after hearing nothing for a couple days, I was put on hold forever, and I eventually hung up. I called back and was told to hold and disconnected.
