We rented a hotel from them on Valentines Day. The first room key we were issued went to a room that was already occupied. They gave us a second room, but while we were out to dinner, we came back our room was occupied by someone else. They had no more rooms to offer and we were out on the street at 2 am and the only explanation was that "The Manager checked your room and didn't see any suitcases so he rented it to someone else."
