When my husband went into Highland's Super Valu grocery store to buy an advertised special on Tuesday the 24th of March they said they were out but would have the items in Thursday. On Thursday he was told by someone else they were sold out. The items were chicken breast quarters which were advertised in their circular. This happens all the time there. They either just get in a small amount and when they sell out hope the customer will buy a higher priced item.
