On September 25th of 2008, I signed up with Fidelity Debt Solutions to handle my mounting debt and inability to pay creditors due to a medical leave from work. I was told they would start to work on my creditors as soon as the first two inflated installments were made. It is now three months after the fact, and I have Creditors filining legal action against me. Fidelity's answer? Just ignore them, they are just trying to scare you into paying. I have filed with my state's Attorney General, and I am getting ready to file with the FTC. I strongly advise anyone thinking of using this company to go elsewhere, I did and I am happy with them. read full review »
