Cheaptickets.com failed to update me when the airline I was booked on changed their flight time. Missed my flight. Cheaptickets looked up my itinerary when I called them about this and told me 'We have you leaving at 1:30am March 30th', which was the incorrect time (apparently, the airline had changed that a few months ago to 11:45pm the day before).
