I recently visited mattress depo usa, even after reading many poor reviews online. I was in the market for a NEW mattress and was introduced to their own line which is produced by Paramount out of Oregon. I found one I like and emphasized with the salesman I do not want a used mattress. (Even their web sight has a disclaimer stating 'factory seconds could be comfort returns from dissatisfied customers). He assured me I would have a new mattress, and even offered it to me right out of the gate at 100$ lower than the previous salesman... read full review »
