In the lengthly web advertisement they show you a picture of the manual that you think you are ordering and when you complete the sales process it turns out to be a download. I was not interested in an e-book and had no way to back out at this point. From there, the purported 100% guarantee is not available, and, as other reports indicate for this company, there is no way to contact the company.
