Purchased a pair of Uggs for Xmas on 11-30-2008. Sent emails 5 times questioning when I could expect delivery. No reply. Web site states that they are trying to get shipments out for orders placed before 12-2-2008. They also promise a return call or email within 24 hours. SCAM OPERATION !!! STAY AWAY. Call your credit card company and file a complaint. Get a refund !!! read full review »
