This outfit offered a CD with info about Grants for $1.99 . I orderd the disk and seven days later it arrived. they charged for the disk and 94.68 for some kind of membership that I did not authorise. When I called to complain the guy said that i would take 88 days for a refund, I want my money back. And also the cd is useless. It's a fraud. read full review »
