I ordered several swimsuits from this online company after being reassured by customer service that returns and exchanges were welcome (buying clothing online doesn't allow for trying items on before purchasing). I received a few items and notices of "back ordered" for the rest. I canceled the order and returned the items received. I completed the required paperwork for a full refund. 7 months later and I have received nothing. Any communication I have submitted has been ignored.
