Circuit city/chase credit card charged me the deferred interest 2 months earlier then stated in my statements. When I called to question this I was rudely talked to by their customer service reps. They informed me that in Jan. they received my payment 2 days late therefore the terms and agreement were null and void. None of this is mentioned in any of the paperwork I have from the credit card.
