We went to H&R Block in Cypress, Texas. Was in the office 3 hours, left for lunch, came back--still not ready. Got a call in the late afternoon to pick it up. When my husband got there he noticed our name was spelled wrong. So, he goes back this morning, brings it home for me to sign--I found the address was wrong---half of our new address and half of our old address ! ! We paid $361.00 for that kind of service ! !
