I HAD GIVEN MY CAR (SWIFT DEZIRE, WB 06D 3313) FOR THIRD FREE SERVICE AND SOME BODY WORK ON 06/06/2011. I GOT MY CAR BACK ON 09/06/2011. YESTERDAY, 16/06/2011 MY CAR WAS NOT STARTING, I CALLED UP MARUTI ON ROAD SERVICE, WITH COMPLAINT NO. 471938. THE TECHNICIAN CAME AND TOLD ME THAT THE BATTERY IN THE CAR WAS DAMAGED AND WAS OF MINDA COMPANY WHICH IS NOT USED IN DEZIRE. THEN I CHECKED THE SERVICE BOOK, IT WAS WRITTEN THAT I GOT AMRON BATTERY WITH THE CAR. WHICH WAS CHANGED BY THE STAFF AT THE SERVICE STATION. I DONT KNOW WHAT OTHER PARTS OF MY CAR ARE CHANGED. Beware of a scam artist by the name of Jason Booth who has represented himself as an owner of a condo at 1250 S. Indiana in Chicago's South Loop. He advertises "apartment for rent" on Craigslist. He represents himself as an owner. However, he was a tenant with no legal right to sublet. He rented the apartment to several potential victims and then split with their deposit. Mitsubishi timing belt
Okay, seriously my '94 mitsubishi eclipse 1.8 broke down almost 2 weeks ago. We identified the problems, and began to fix it all ourselves, rather than putting it in a shop. Its cheper that way when you do the labor yourself.. This included fixing a timing belt (and turns out ours is abnorml it needs two belts, ) and changing all gaskets. Very heavy job, along with more minor thing like oils and other things, plus the physical labor alone its all kind of a headache! Afterwards tailgate would not open as linkage was disconnects, after repairing myself I noticed the placid covers on my tailgate were loose, almost falling off. I took back to dealer only to be told by collision department that the damage was on me since they typically break upon removal to paint tailgate. On 6th May 2011@12:00 i reserved a vihicle to pick from Norwich Airport and when i got there they could not provide me with the vihicle, reason being my Drivers licence was not clean which i was not asked at the time i was booking with them on the phone weather i had a clean Drivers Licence or not.When i spoke to the girl at the Airport they promised me not to take any money from my Account, but after three weeks when received my bank statement i discover they had charged me which i believe its fraud!

I owned a KIA Spektra car.I replaced my car’s timing belt when my car mileage was 55561km at KIA authorized service outlet, Hong Wan Auto Sdn. Bhd (Teluk Intan). I then returned home and installed it on the car and returned with one more tire and an air tank. I waited until a neighbor put air in his tires, (who incurred no charges), and then I inflated the second tire and put air in my air tank. I optained a loan from Triad. The account ended up going to collections. I was paying a credit collection agency called AIS Services on this account since 2008. Santander bought out Triad. The Triad account is showing on my credit report for a total of over 14K. Since March 2011, when I learned that Santander aquired the Triad account, I have been paying them.
