I purchased an AC condenser for my car from Rock Auto in May 2009. In less than 24 months, the condenser had corroded out and all of the refrigerant was gone. I called Rock Auto customer service and was told that since the supplier had been "bought out", that the original warranty was no longer valid. How is this my problem? I am out not only $100 for a new condenser, but an additional $150 for a recharge at a shop. After spending a good $1000 or so there in the past couple of years, I am done. One would not meet the agreed price in the USAA Buyers program to pay $4k below invoic and would not produce a invoice like required. I ordered power boards for a GMC Sierra, received boards for a Jeep Wrangler. I returned the wrong boards and received a restocking charged of $224.00. I called and stated to death ears that their system selected the Jeep part number for my GMC Sierra. They stated that somehow I selected the wrong part, even though the right vehicle was entered and I don't know their part numbers. They should not be in business... This is a SCAM...
