I was struck by a driver making an unsafe U turn in a Herz rental whild riding my motorcycle Police report lists driver as being at fault. My vehicle was towed and I was taken to emergency room. I have called Herz claims department twice a day for the past five days. Their outgoing message says that someone will get back to me in an hour. So far they have not returned a single phone call . I recently got into an accident on the turnpike. It was not involving any other vehicles, I ran over a semi tire that was in the middle of the road. I was going to call AAA but the florida trooper had called to get us a tow after looking at the fluid leaking from my car. When the towing company got there, they hardly said anything to me at first. On Monday, November 2, 2009 Sears Service Center would not remove and rotate tires, with lifetime rotation option, purchased from store because mechanic broke a stud removing the nut. Furthermore, he claims the nuts were put on incorrectly and could not be responsible. 2009 polaris rzr. was out busting cow patty's in my pasture, pulling a drag. a stick or a rock, something busted my gas tank. all i hear was a puff and it was over with with in about 10 min. there was a recall on there fuel tanks but Polaris says mine was not included. it was only 9 months old and less than 300 miles on it. polaris will not replace it. i now have $15000.00 of molted metal i still have to pay for. We were told we had paid for the hire of a car, on line, in full from Travel Jigsaw (Carhire3000). When we arrived at Kerry Airport (Eire) we were asked to hand over a credit card for 'security' reasons only. We recieved two pieces of paper; one white A4 and one yellow NCR A5 stapled stategically over the details on the former. I traded with Town and Country Ford for a 2008 F150 Super Crew Cab pick-up. The truck was still under warranty (barely) and had a sticker claiming a 120 point vehicle inspection. I took my car to Pep Boys for an oil change and tune up and oil valve replacement. Took it in on Thursday and by Saturday afternoon they finally finished it. On October 26th I used the Wachovia dealer services website to make a payment on my loan. I printed out the transaction just as it appeared on the screen. On Friday, October 30th, I received a phone call telling me that my payment had been declined for non sufficient funds.
