Ordered an XTREME XG-470 gas scooter. Product sent with missing parts, broken taillight, and flat tire. The box had the wrong assemble instructions and smelled of gasoline. Requested an exchange for a new scooter. The company kept sending replacement parts/and or the wrong parts instead. They refuse to cover the cost to ship the scooter back to them for a replacement. They want the customer to cover the cost (over $100) to ship the defective item back to them. My fiance purchased a brand new 2006 Ford Explorer and has had all scheduled maintenance performed on time, oil changes etc. For the past 6 months she is SCARED TO DEATH to drive her truck anywhere. These butchers are in experienced at everything to do with servicing a vehicle. The tech who is probably still in high school working for minimum wage tried to replace my perfectly good drain plug with a new one that was not the right size for my car. The tech stripped the threads to my oil pan. The manager said that the problem was caused by normal wear and tear and that my car was 10 years old. I was on the way home an I needed gas so I stopped at AMPM on 9th Street in Modesto, right off the freeway. I put in $10 in the machin like I hae done hundreds of times. I received no gas ad the attendan would do nothing about it. She just laughed when I told her to cll the help line or her boss. Sir, We have complaints against Jaya Gas Agency Varkala. The service is not at all satisfactory. On booking for refilling of gas, the same will be delivered after 25-30 days. But in nearby places of Varkala, there is no scarcity for gas. Now, one more issue is faced by most of the consumers. The gas cylinder on opening, gas will come out just like air coming out of a filled in balloon. This is a very dangerous situation. The same was rectified using a valve kind of thing. I bought a brand new, 08 plate Tigra from them, collected March 1st. Travelling to work less than 6 months later the car completely cut out in the middle of a budy junction. I called the only number I had available on the window sticker for the dealership to be told that information of my AA membership could be found in my black folder which happened to be in the boot of the car. This garage claim to be a Porsche specialist but they are rip off merchants and should not be allowed to be in business. Our car, a Porsche Cayenne, had a horrible knocking under the car and we took it to Jon Mitchell's to get it fixed. They had the car for weeks and at the end charged us in excesss of £5000 - for fixing the knocking plus a lot of other work we had never authorised!! I recently hired a car from 1car1 and was unfortunate enough to get a flat tire. I rang the recovery telephone number and was given the number for the AA and told it would cost me £84. The AA were fantastic and were surprised when i mentioned the charge - apparently the AA have an agreement with Vauxhall which covers all new vehicles. The money was taken from my account the following day and to date I have still not received the item. i went to get my car service with my own mobil oil, dial 4 parts MR SHAH who is, i realised now is reknown as dodgy person charged me £60 and never changed mobil oil, while they were servicing the car i went inside to see what they are doing but they said i have to stay away as customers are not allowed in this area. My fiance and I recently bought a used vehicle from B&M Motorcars in Leesburg, VA that had a clean CarFax and that they represented as in great condition, but turns out it has significant rear end collision damage. I was solistated by Automotive Warrant Solutions to buy a warranty on my 2002 F250 truck. They stated my warranty was about to expire and they offered to extend the warranty. They requested a down payment of $372.60 and I paid $2, 484.00.They never sent me any warranty papers when the fee was paid. This dealership baited me with a sale by asuring me it would be shipped out next day, in stock and ready to go. It didn't arrive for over three weeks. The unit arrived damaged... They were responsible for replaceing damaged bumpoer and metal fram behind it. Wont return six different emails sent to six different addresses over a course of two weeks. On May 18, 2009, I filled out a forwarding card and handed to the clerk at the Post Office on Vermillon St/Ave in Brownsville, TX to forward mail to my Wisconsin address in Iola and it never happened. People rent a car from EasyCar's online site, and they are charged for the full amount of the car rental. But, when they go to collect the car, no car is available or the reservation has been inexplicably cancelled, but the money not returned. What's worse is that because EasyCar works through suppliers, when you arrive, there is no one from EasyCar to talk with about your reservation, and the supplier only has the cancellation. My husband purchased a truck and Fifth Third was the lender. After numerous clutch replacements, which cost over $600 each replacement, my husband called and told the bank to come get it.
