Radio doesn't work half the time. Front of bike shakes when coming to a stop. Left handle grip fell off. Security not working properly. Wheels are pitted and junk. Rear tire is badly cupped. We purchased a Ford Explorer on April 15, 2010 from the lot in Green Bay. The window sticker claimed that the air conditioning and power mirrors worked. From my experience, I have to Question the name and claim of european master tech. He has one Mechanic, one part time car wash oil change guy and 12 bays but one are being used for any automotive repairs! I observed as I was hired there. I do my own disc brake jobs and have done 20-30 over the years. My van needed new front brakes. When compessing the disc drum so the new fatter pads would fit, the drum shifted off center and some brake fuid leaked out. When this happens, air gets in the line and makes an air line bleed mandatory. I didn't have time, so I finished the brake job and called Belle who said they could do it for $35. I bought a 2007 Saturn Ion one month ago. The car is extremely unsafe to drive & the dealer has done a poor job addressing the seriousness & safety concerns I have. I bought a corsa from arnold clark in dundee in 2004 . It was recalled twice in the first 2 years for engine problems. Since that everything has gone wrong with the car. My son was hit head on at 50 mph by a Safe Auto Insurance Co. customer. My son was not at all found to be at fault. The Safe Auto customer failed to maintain his lane, and hit my son head on. I brought my 2009 Venza in for electrical issues. They had the car twice and could not fix. Then when I complained a third time, all records of the complaints disappeared and they refused to service the car any further. It turns out it was a wire shorting out to the roof which now has been fixed. I was amazed as to how they wiped the record clean of any problems. I went to get my car serviced. In the evening after I got my car from the service center and was going home, the brake simply jammed the vehicle. I was unable to move the vehicle on the 3rd gear and there was some burning smell coming from the vehicle. I called up the service center but it had closed its operations for that day. Next day, when I came to the service center, they are blaming me for the brake getting jammed accusing me that I do not know how to drive properly. They are not ready to accept their negligence.
