They get their payments every month, and have been calling me at least 7 times a day. Random numbers but same company, wanting more money then what they are getting paid. I have never been late on a payment, and have an allotment set up with them so i dont miss any payments. When they call they are very unprofessional and yell as though i'm a child and i dont know what i am doing. They constantly ask for my credit card number and i refuse to give it to them because they get their money every month. read full review »

I'd recently bought a car from Red Cap. Seemed good, nice looking car, clean interior, etc. Once I went to drive it, I knew something was wrong. On 4-5-06 I was charged $80.00 for a "diagnostic test" for "service engine soon" light. In fact they advised me prior to the test that a loose gas cap could cause the problem. Instead of "checking the gas cap", they went ahead and performed the test and then informed me it was due to a "loose gas cap". I ordered a leather Motorcycle jacket from LeatherUp.Com. The jacket arrived, and appeared to be a great value. However, when I put it on, it became apparent that I ordered a jacket that was one size too small. I called the company to find out exactly how to do an exchange. They told me to enclose a photo copy of the original invoice, along with the filled-out exchange form. karplus sold me a car without being officially approved by a bank, then 2 wks later they said i needed a co-signer. i couldnt provide one so they requested that i take the car back, which i tried to do. Then they said i was lying and so was my mom about having to take the car back. I used carrentals.com and reserved a car with Dollar rental. I paid the deposit and had my reservation numbers etc. When I went to pick up the car Dollar would not rent it to me since the card used was a debit card. It was going to be used to take a trip from Naples to Orlando, Fla. to see our children and grandchildren that came down from Maine. Bought a car from JD Buyrider. The car broke down about every 3 or 4 months and I could not afford repairs so they had me bring it to a specific mechanic and then added repair costs to my loan. After paying off the amount of the loan I checked on the balance and still owed more than the original loan was for. I could not keep it up so allowed them to repo the car. Carjet gave us quote for 14-day rental in Spain as £210. The actual charge in Spain was £380, ie.e. almost double that given at booking reservation. They introduce a £75 fuel charge which is major rip off since the tank-full on ford focus costs no more than £45 and you can never empty it completely. There is an additional "extra compulsory" insurance and so on. The car was faulty as it did not have fuel cap. The complaint on the return did not lead anywhere. Very rude staff. We all went to court and got our $463 EACH!!! back from this scammer. He towed others that night as well, I can only guess that the others that were towed got stiffed their $409.
