My brother recently had a Yamaha 4 wheeler financed through this company and my husband was the co-signer on this vehicle. No one told them that it was like a credit card when they bought the vehicle. My brother pays all of his payments online and he pays them on time each month. Apparently this company does not check their online service because every month they add late fees to his account, even though it was paid on time. I bought a Toyota sequoia from Mint Auto Sales i traded in a suv i owed them 1500 more for the down payment. The car ran pretty good for about 2 weeks, then the suv started running hot. 111/19/07 on a trip I purchased regular fuel in Weed Ca@ aprox 12:00pm drove about 20 miles and my vehicle quit running and had to be towed to Klammath Falls Or. The dealer said that the reason for the breakdown was caused by contaminated gasoline. Neither shell oil or the shell station owner would take responsibility for there product. I took my car a 1992 Pontiac to AOK Auto Center, 236 Forrest Rd, West Haven, Ct.06516, to have a simple coolant leak in the hose/pipe from the heater core to the radiator repaired on the passenger side of my car in late/mid December of 2004. I have got the wrong part more times then getting' the right part. I live 20 miles from O'Reilly and every time I have to make more than one trip it cost me. I buy a lot of parts from O'Reilly in Peoria Height. Il. Called district Manager to complain and he told me to go to Auto Zone, thanks Kenny best advice I ever got from you. They didnt listen, did it anyways and wanted me to pay. My warranty company refused to have this shop repair my car because the owner refused to do the services the right way. Rented a car from Alamo in Manchester, NH with Corporate rate of $30 per day. Through vague, unconsionable contract Alamo fiscally raped me of hundreds of dollars by raising my rate to $87 per day, almost triple the corporate rate!!. Came to an agreement with Enterprise who owns Alamo and then they welched on it by adding additional strings to the agreement. They negotiated in bad faith and continue to abuse me! Classic autobody in Berlin NJ painted my auto. What a crappy job. I think i could have done better with a can of spray paint. Paint is so thick it is cracking, stuff stuck in the paint and in some places the paint is already peeling and i only had it done a couple of months ago. I should have known better since his shop is tucked away in some grimey garage. Has a bunch of look like homeless people working for him. probably they were high when the did the paint job. My fuel injectors went bad in the middle of the road. Dodge claims they will not cover it under my warranty because I have "contaminated" fuel. All fuel has some sediment in it. That is why you have filters on the vehicles. I those filters are not adequate then they should either add filters or improve the system in some other way. I ordered a Roketa 250 cc scooter, last August 30th from Mxmotorsports, they were very quick in taking my money but all I got is a scooter that has the handle bars welded wrong (when you hold it straight the front tire point to the right) and it does not start. Took my car in to have the window regulator fixed on it just a few weeks after I bought the car (the car already had the problem and in my opinion should have been fixed before put on the lot!!!) We are a furniture retailer in Seattle, WA. Our manufacturer from CA shipped items to us and Saia showed up unannounced. They would not release the shipment without a check. Now our inventory is slated for redelivery and we are forced to pay almost double of the original shipping cost (from CA), due to the redelivery charges associated. On 9/8/2008 I called Phoenix Remanufactured Transmission and spoke with Alex. I was looking for a replacement transfer case for my 2001 Chrysler Town & Country. Alex on the phone persuaded me to also buy a transmission with the transfer case. The service department gave me an appointment to service my Chevrolet hhr 2007, they were to put a part on that had been a recall . Fletcher's grossly over charges for their service. I took my 1998 KIA Sportage in for repair. After a simple computer "diag" which cost $90.00 it was determined that the "crank shaft position sensor" (CSPS) needed replacing. Fletcher's charged me $147.00 for the after market CSPS part.
