Alberto Cabias claimed that he had paid the money to the school for fees and for additional tuition. He left the school suddenly and we discovered that although he had issued a school letter with receipt details, the letter was fraudulent. He subsequently defrauded us of more money. ECPI was a complete rip off. I went to ECPI with the hopes of pursuing a career in criminal justice. My teachers were great, I learned a lot from them. However the Administration was very lacking. I needed to get verification for my education in Colombia. In order to get the documents they required I had to travel to Colombia. The Ministry of Education in Colombia simply does not do business by mail of FAX. All original documents were delivered to WES.
