Their website has incorrect information. They sent me the wrong item. I sent an email to their customer support 4 times to make an exchange for the correct item. They finally emailed me 6 weeks later and said I had to call them. I called 3 times, no one answered. On the 4th try, someone picked up the phone, mumbled something and HUNG UP. I emailed again to explain what happened. I never received a reply. AVOID THESE PEOPLE. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. I followed the directions to claim the rebate and I received a reply from another company located in Connecticut that handles the rebates. They e-mail back to me that it takes 4-6 weeks. Finally, in February, they e-mailed me again that the rebate is in the mail. I never received it. I called them up, but is impossible to get to them. I wrote them a letter and received no response. We recently moved to Walla Walla. Our new house had ethernet wiring to most rooms, but the lines had not been labeled or terminated in the junction box. I have the experience and equipment to do this, but that equipment was still packed and unavailable, and we needed the internet connections. The second PC I purchased, after 13 years of living with and older, frustrating model from another manufacturer. The first one I bought (after my spouse's death) had a bad motherboard. I had to take it back about 50 miles to the vendor, and get a replacement. I did not relize it at the time, but the write head on this one's drive is defective, and I did not find this out until after the warranty had expired. The try to specialize in cheap servers. It has been my experience they hide the fact they sell open boxes and specs that do not match up. I purchased unlocking software for iphone4, OS 4.3, and firmware 4.1.10 couple of months ago. Upon download same day found out here is no unlocking possible because the is currently no unlocking software for the 4.3 OS and firmware 4.10 and above. I contacted JVC for an authorized repair facility to repair my JVC TV model AV48P575 . I called the facility and they sent a tech to my home. They were unable to repair it, here and they removed internal parts for diagnosis in their shop. The shop says JVC not responsive to parts requests. They do not return calls or e-mail. I experienced the same problems when I tried to contact JVC. I have been without my TV for almost four months and am totally frustrated with JVC's service and lack of assistance. I have bought a Samsung laser color printer. Within three months I gave this printer to the Samsung Service Centre in Windhoek, Namibia, because the printer did not any longer receive data from the PC. Two days later I was asked by the service guys to support them with my driver CD, as they weren't in possession of one. I installed two Decora Anywhere Switches on different circuits at opposite ends of the house. They are set to use different channels, and they don't interfere with each other at all. However, they both are apparently sometimes triggered by other RF sources. I live in a rural area, so there are not many homes and no industry or highways nearby.
